Av. Arb. Kubilay Arslan graduated from Maltepe University (30% English) Faculty of Law in 2017. He completed his legal internship at a law firm providing legal consultancy services to international companies, then strengthened his professional and academic qualifications through language education at KIC Cambridge Central in England.
In 2018, Kubilay Arslan obtained his attorney license by registering with the Istanbul Bar Association. In the same year, he was appointed to serve as a conciliator under the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and has been continuously serving in this role for 8 years.
Between 2019 and 2023, he actively participated in litigation and consultancy processes in family law, criminal law, labor law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, commercial law, inheritance law, real estate law, compensation law, insurance law, banking law, and all other areas of law, providing solution-oriented legal services to individual and corporate clients.
In 2023, he registered with the Mediation Registry to begin official mediation activities and obtained expert mediator titles in Labor Law and Commercial Law.
Currently, he continues his litigation, legal consultancy, mediation, and conciliation activities at his own law firm, with his expert witness application process also underway.
